Tiny Township house painter plans to buy a house with lottery win

Panagopoulos said he plans to use his windfall to put a down payment on a house. "I feel so blessed."
The Tiny Township man purchased his winning ticket at Bingham's Variety on Tiny Beaches Road in town.
