Police are treating a fire Friday night at a number of unoccupied homes in East Gwillimbury as suspicious.
Firefighterswere called to the area of Mount Albert Road and the Ninth Line area at around 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
York Regional Police tell CTV News between eight and ten homes were burning.
Police say no injuries have been reported and The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office will be called in.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known but police say they consider the fire to be suspicious.
The location is the same area where a number of homes under construction were destroyed by fire back in early March.
