A road in Innisfil was closed for hours on Thursday after a transport truck tipped over.
The crash happened on Sideroad 5 during the morning commute as drivers tried to avoid the backlog from the Highway 400 fatal crash.
Nobody was injured in the incident but the road was closed for several hours while the truck was pulled from the ditch.
Drivers were stuck for hours on area roads, trying to avoid the two crashes on Thursday.
Police were kept busy on Thursday responding to numerous crashes because of slippery roads and dangerous driving condition
