Provincial police have confirmed that human remains found in Oro-Medonte over the weekend are historic in nature.
The remains were discovered along Diamond Valley Road, in a residential area.
Monday night police had the scene taped off while they investigated. The Coroner’s office was called in to assist.
Police say there is nothing suspicious about the discovery and that it is not a criminal matter.
