More than 30,000 were at Burl’s Creek in Oro-Medonte for the first day of performances at the WayHome Music Festival.
Campers started arriving for the concert on Thursday evening and so far no major problems have arised.
Four stages are set-up at Burl’s Creek which will host more than 70 performers over the weekend. The big name on Friday night was Canadian icon Neil Young.
Sam Smith is scheduled to take the stage on Sunday night.
