The May Court Club of Barrie Presents Homes for the Holidays
Date:      Saturday, November 17 and Sunday, November 18
Location: Barrie – Various homes throughout the area
Details:    27th Annual! The May Court Club of Barrie invites you to the Annual Home for the holidays self-driving tour of 5 professionally decorated homes, as well as the Unique Boutique and Tea Room is at the beautiful Heights Ski & Country Club. This event is 100% volunteer run.  All funds raised go to charitable needs in the community. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.

Barrie Tree Lighting Ceremony
Date:      Saturday, November 17 from 3pm to 8pm
Location: Barrie – Downtown Area
Details:    Start the holiday season with this annual tradition held in conjunction with the Barrie Santa Claus Parade. Featuring live entertainment, face painting, hot chocolate, and a visit from Santa. Cap it off with the lighting of the tree followed by a fantastic firework show.

Christmas Weekend Festivities at Drysdale's Tree Farm

Details:    Cut-your-own Christmas tree season starts November 17th this year! Bring out the whole family and enjoy a wagon ride around the farm, have a visit with Santa, and enjoy a hot chocolate by the roaring bonfire! And of course, get your perfect Christmas tree, and some unique ornaments to cover it! Activities run from 10-4pm each weekend starting Nov. 17.  Fresh fallen snow, jingle bells on horses, the scent of fresh Christmas trees filling the crisp winter’s air and a smile from old Saint Nick. 38th Annual Christmas Show & Sale

Kincardine Legion Craft Show & Bake Sale

5th Annual Art Festivus

Gravel Bike Event
Date:      Sunday, November 18 at 9am
Location: Parry Sound - Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre - 4 Nine Mile Lake Road
Details:    Grab your Gravel, CX, MTB, or Fat bike and join in on the fun! Plan to arrive for 9:00 am to set up and check in.  Course pre-riding will take place at 10:00 am, the first  Cyclocross event takes place at 11:00 am and the second gravel ride begins at 1:00 pm. The course will be on the cross country Nordic double tracks.
Many classic cyclocross elements, including sand pits, off camber sections, barriers, and run up’s. Expect a fast course with short punchy climbs and just enough technical elements to even the playing field between the skilled and fit rider. Break Coffee available, bring your own snacks, no cost.

Winter Craft Show

Details:    The Winter Craft Show features original designs and handmade gifts from local artists and craftspeople.  From toys, to jewellery, ceramics, clothing and art, this is the perfect time to pick up an excellent handcrafted gift.  The Winter Craft Show is presented by the Parry Sound Arts & Crafts Association.

Annual Harvest Turkey Supper

Peeling Back the Layers: Apples in Grey County Exhibit
