A convicted rapist has been sentenced to 165 days in jail after breaching a court order.

Steven Yearley, 24, was arrested in October for violating a court order by being on a walking trail in the Huntsville area.

The order prohibited him from being on any walking or hiking trail without a family member, and was put in place after Yearley was convicted for beating and raping a woman on another Huntsville trail in 2007.

Yearley pleaded guilty to four counts of breaching a court order and one count of possession of marijuana.
