A Huntsville councillor has resigned citing personal reasons.
Chris Zanetti resigned from his position ofStisted, Stephenson and Port Sydney on Friday.
He said the change would take place immediately and he made the decision for personal reasons.
“It was with great disappointment that we received notice from Councillor Zanetti regarding his resignation,” said Mayor Scott Aitchison. “I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
Zanetti has served those three wards for the past eight years.
