Thousands get a jump start on holiday shopping at 39th annual Sugar Plum Fair

While Christmas morning is 42 days away, some families in Simcoe County got ahead of their holiday shopping list this weekend.

Vendors from across Simcoe County set up inside the Nottawasaga Inn Resort in Alliston for the 39th annual Sugar Plum Fair and Craft Show.

Local Artisans sold everything, from baked goods to different arts and trinkets.

Fair organizers told CTV News 8000 people made their way through the two-day event.
