A teenager is facing charges after a six-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in Midhurst.
The OPP say the boy was walking on a sidewalk near a plaza parking lot on Bayfield Street North on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say a 16-year-old male was behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck the boy.
The six year old from Springwater Township was airlifted to a Toronto hospital with life threatening injuries.
The teen has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
He will appear in a Collingwood court in September.
