The case of a Barrie dermatologist facing several counts of sexual assault will go to trial.
A judge made that ruling Friday at the conclusion of a preliminary hearing into the charges against Dr. Rod Kunynetz.
Kunynetz will be facing ten charges including nine counts of sexual assault and one count of gross indecency.
The preliminary hearing lasted eight days in Barrie courtroom. A publication ban prohibits reporting what was said in court.
Kunynetz has not practised since the fall of 2015 after the College of Physicians and Surgeons suspended his licence.
The criminal case is separate from the disciplinary hearing by the college.
None of the allegations have been tested in court
Kunynetz will be back in court in May for judicial pre-trial.
