Canada-wide warrant issued for man who frequents Orillia
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man known to frequent the Orillia area.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad requests the public's help in locating a federal offender who has breached their statutory release.
Kevin Okrah is described as a Black male, 26 years old, 6 feet one inch, 186 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
Okrah is serving a five-year, eleven-month and 20-day sentence for:
- Two counts of robbery - use restricted/prohibited firearm
- Aggravated Assault
- Disguise with Intent
- Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm/ammunition
- Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
- Two counts of failing to comply with order - at large
Okrah is known to frequent Ottawa, Toronto, Durham Region, Orillia in Ontario, as well as the Laval area in Quebec.
