Man accused of indecent act in Georgina arrested and charged
A man accused of an indecent act in the Town of Georgina has been arrested and charged.
York Regional Police reported a man was seen riding a bike on Oct. 31 around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Kalevi Road and Narva Avenue before being spotted completely naked and touching himself a short time later.
Police say the witness yelled at the man who got dressed and took off on the bike.
During the investigation, the police service said it linked the accused to another indecent act that happened earlier that month.
Investigators released an image of the man accused because they believe there could be more people impacted by his alleged actions. Those individuals are encouraged to contact the authorities.

Police charged Dwayne Grimes, 49, with two counts of committing an indecent act.
