A Tiny Township man has a million reasons to smile after winning the guaranteed $1 million prize in the August 2, 2014 Lotto 6/49 draw.
Cesar Frank Liuzzi says he’s been playing 6/49 on and off for twenty years.
Liuzzi found out about his win when he used a self-checker at the store and then asked the clerk to validate his ticket.
“I saw ‘Big Winner’ flash on the screen at the store after having my ticket checked and I thought it was an ad before I realized it was my ticket,” said Liuzzi in an OLG release.
Liuzzi’s winning ticket was purchased at Bingham’s Variety on Tiny Beaches Road in Tiny Township.
