Police are warning people about dangerous condition at the ice caves on Giants Tomb Island north of Tiny Township.
The naturally formed caves have been a popular attraction in recent weeks but police say they are starting to crumble.
They say higher temperatures and longer daylight hours are making the caves structurally weaker and too dangers to be in our near.
The potential to become trapped or crushed by falling ice exists in and near these caves and anyone visiting the ice caves should stay clear as the warming days of spring approach.
