A 5-year-old Barrie boy called 911 on Saturday after his mom suffered from multiple seizures.
Barrie Police say they got the call from a house on Churchland Drive just before 8 p.m.
Once they got there, they called paramedics, who then brought the mother to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre for treatment.
Police say the boy had just been educated on calling 911 earlier this week.
Officers will be putting his name forward for a civilian citation award.
