Three of the main bars in Wasaga beach are currently closed.
The town says it's because of a dispute between the landlord and tenants.
There is work being done to try and resolve the matter for the weekend.
As of 6pm Friday; Bananas, The Dard and Copa Cabana on beach area one were closed.
