OPP reported multiple collisions and snow-covered driving conditions on Crossland Road in Anten Mills leading to a segment of the road getting closed on Saturday.

In a social media post, OPP stated that Crossland Road is closed between Horseshoe Valley Road and County Road 92 as a result of the multiple collisions and treacherous conditions. An OPP spokesperson told CTV News that an initial call came in at 3:30 p.m., where police received reports of multiple vehicles getting stuck in the snow.

Police say officers attended the area and decided to close the road for public safety reasons.

No injuries were reported. The area has since been re-opened.
