Police have now charged a 6th man with murder after a body was found inside a burnt out SUV in Essa Township in August.
Early on Aug. 25, OPP responded to a vehicle fire on County Road 21 in Essa Township, north of Alliston. It was only after the fire was put out that police found 39-year-old Herminder Bhandal of Brampton dead inside.
On Sunday, OPP say a 51-year-old Brampton man was charged with first degree murder and will appear for a bail hearing in Organgeville on Monday.
In total, 6 Brampton men face murder charges and another person is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
