Police now want to speak to two people they say were in the area of County Road 21 Aug. 25 before an SUV was left burning with a body inside.
Police today say a sixth person was arrested in the case and is facing a charge of accessory after the fact to murder. Five Brampton men have already been arrested on murder charges.
Early on Aug. 25, OPP responded to a vehicle fire on County Road 21 in Essa Township, north of Alliston. It was only after the fire was put out that police found 39-year-old Herminder Bhandal of Brampton dead inside.
Now, police are looking for the driver and passenger of a blue-coloured vehicle they say was in the area. Police say the pair in the vehicle spoke with a group of men standing between a U-Haul cube van and a Nissan Murano around 5:45 a.m.
Police arrived at the burning car half an hour later.
