Murder charges laid after body was found in Essa

Three people have been charged with first degree murder after a body was found inside a burned out SUV in Essa Township.

The body was discovered inside the vehicle after a fire on the morning of Sunday, August 25^th, 2013 in the area of Scotch Line and County Road 21.

An autopsy on the 39-year-old man from Brampton confirmed that he was murdered.

As a result, three people have been arrested and are facing charges of first degree murder.

Police are still investigating.
