Less than a month after postponing her concert at Casino Rama Resort, Sarah McLachlan announced her Fumbling Towards Ecstasy 30th Anniversary Canadian Tour is cancelled.

Last month, the singer/songwriter said she wouldn’t be able to take the stage due to health reasons ahead of her scheduled Casino Rama performance.

On Tuesday, the Canadian songstress confirmed her voice wasn’t recovering as it should.

“On the advice of an ENT specialist, I will need an undetermined amount of vocal rest to be able to fully recover and not risk permanent damage to my vocal cords,” she released in a statement.

The Orillia venue also confirmed the cancellation, noting all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster would be automatically refunded.

McLachlan, known for her soulful hits Angel and Building a Mystery, kicked off her tour in the spring, with shows across North America.

The Casino Rama concert scheduled for Nov. 1 was to be the first stop on her Canadian tour.
