Multiple people injured in Georgina crash

Four people are in hospital after a crash in Georgina on Saturday.
According to OPP, the two-vehicle crash happened on Highway 48 between Old Homestead and Ellisview.
A female driver was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre in critical condition, while three others were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Highway 48 between Old Homestead and Ellisview was closed for several hours as police conducted an investigation.
The affected roadways reopened Saturday night.
