OPP have charged a 69-year-old Collingwood man in connection with sexual assaults dating back to 1965.
The Crime Unit of the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains charged the man after an investigation into historical sexual assaults.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place between 1965 and 1979.
As a result, Ronald Currie was charged with four counts of gross indecency and four counts of indecent assault on a female.
He was held for bail court in Barrie as a result of the arrest. He has been released with conditions by the court pending his future court appearances.
