One child injured after school bus crashes into ditch
Twenty students were on a school bus that slid off the road into a ditch Wednesday morning.
Muskoka Lakes Fire Department sent two trucks from the Raymond/Windermere area at 8:40 a.m. to Three Mile Lake Road.

Icy and snowy conditions were reported at the time for the surrounding area.
A spokesperson for Muskoka Lakes paramedics said the school children were on the bus at the time. One child was transported to hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.
Students evacuated through the door at the back of the bus and were taken to Watt Public School.
