Thousands of people across our region struggle to put food on the table every day, many rely on food banks in order to get by.
The food they get is largely based on donations and is not always the most nutritious. A Midland area food bank is trying to shed more light on the reality clients face with a challenge called “Eat the Math.”

Follow along with Heather as she tries to live through a week on a food bank diet.
