Collision involving snowmobile at Hwy 12 crossing under investigation
Provincial police are investigating a collision involving a snowmobile in Midland.
Police say the crash happened late Monday afternoon at the Highway 12 crossing for the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Club (OFSC) ‘C’ trail just east of Highway 93.

“Expect a single lane slowdown or closure on west bound Hwy 12 and ‘C’ trail restrictions,” OPP stated in a post on social media shortly before 5 p.m.
Motorists and sledders are encouraged to avoid the area “to allow investigators to do their work.”
There is no word on any injuries.
