Fire destroys home in Clearview Township
Emergency crews in Clearview Township battled flames and heavy smoke Tuesday morning as a fire raged through a large home.

The occupants of the home on Nottawasaga Sideroad 36 near Concession 6 North escaped unharmed after smoke alarms sounded.
Crews from all stations in the Township were dispatched and had to utilize a tanker shuttle since there aren’t any hydrants in the area.
Officials say the home is a complete loss.
No injuries were reported.
The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the destructive blaze but confirms it doesn’t appear suspicious.
