A fire caused nearly $100,000 in damage to a home on Charles Court in Barrie Sunday afternoon.
The fire broke out around 2 pm near Bayview and Little Ave. Flames tore through one bedroom and the attic.
One person was home at the time, but escaped safely. When fire crews arrived they found significant damage
Investigators were sent to the scene late Sunday afternoon to figure out a cause.
