The second man wanted in connection with a targeted shooting in downtown Barrie has been arrested.

Max Cameron Pritchett, 21, turned himself over to police on Monday, more than two weeks after the shooting happened on Mulcaster Street.

Pritchett has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of ammunition, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.

His co-accused, 24-year-old Dylan Brown, was arrested last week in his hometown of London, Ont. He was also charged with attempted murder in connection with same shooting on Aug. 13.

Brown was set to appear in court on Monday, but the appearance was put off until Sept. 12.
