Share

The winter weather has arrived, and with it come the first school bus cancellations of the season.

School buses for the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board were cancelled on Friday due to the inclement weather, this includes Monsignor Michael O'Leary, St. Mary in Huntsville, and St. Dominic.

Buses were also cancelled for the Bluewater District and the Trillium Lakelands school boards.

Environment Canada issued snow squall warnings for central Ontario, with accumulations possibly exceeding 75 centimetres in areas, including Muskoka.
