One person is dead following a crash between two vehicles south of Wyebridge early Sunday morning.

Police say it happened on Highway 93 between Old Penetanguishene Road and Ebenezer Sideroad just before 6:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

The crash involved a car and commercial truck.

The road was closed for over six hours while police investigated but was reopened just before 2:00  p.m.
