OPP release sketch of armed robbery suspect in Alliston

OPP have released a sketch of the suspect wanted in an armed robbery at a gas station in New Tecumseth on Monday May 5^th, 2014.

It happened just before 10 p.m. at the Husky gas station on Victoria Street East. Police say the man entered the store holding a knife and demanded cash.

The man then quickly left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. The store employee was not injured during the robbery.

The man is described as:

• white
• approximately 170-173 cm (5’7”- 5’8”) in height
• described as thin in stature
• short, dark  coloured hair

He was wearing:

• blue jean pants
• a black jacket with a hood over his head
• White running shoes
• he also had a black knapsack and was wearing a white scarf over his nose and mouth.
