A Toronto man is now facing an impaired driving charge after a crash May 31, 2013 on Highway 12 near Concession 5 in Ramara Township.
Police have now charged a 50-year-old Scarborough, Ont. man with impaired driving, breach of probation and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The highway was closed for several hours while police investigated
Officers say the man pulled a U-turn in front of an SUV driven by a woman from Pefferlaw. The two vehicles then collided.
