VAUGHAN, Ont. -- York Regional Police say a man is dead after a single vehicle crash in Vaughan, Ont,. early Saturday morning.
Police say a vehicle veered off the road, hit a tree and "went airborne" at about 3:30 a.m.
The driver was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police closed Edgeley Boulevard for hours (between Applewood Crescent and Courtland Avenue) while they investigated the accident.
Police say the cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
