A man is dead, following a fiery crash on Highway 11 near Severn Bridge on Saturday evening.
According to provincial police, the two-vehicle crash happened on a southbound stretch of the highway near Canning Road, at around 5:30 p.m. The OPP say both vehicles caught fire.
Police say the driver and lone occupant of one of the vehicles died in the crash. Five people in other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
The road ward closed for several hours, while OPP traffic investigators probed the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are not yet known.
