One person is in police custody after a stabbing at an apartment building in downtown Barrie Tuesday night.
Police were called to the building on Worsley Street just after 6:00 p.m.
When officers arrived they say they found a 29-year-old man suffering from stab wounds.
The man was taken to RVH in Barrie with non-life threatening injuries.
Detectives spent the evening interviewing witnesses and taking statements.
A 20-year-old Barrie woman has been charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
The woman was released on a promise to appear with a future court date in April.
