The ministry says the workers were inside a silo when a scaffold collapsed. The identities of the two employees were not provided.

CTV News has learned the incident happened at Mennonite Corners near Grey Road 18.

The ministry says one requirement was issued to the project owner and constructor, while eight requirements were issued to the employer. Details of those requirements were not released.
