Barrie man arrested on child pornography charges
Barrie man accused of child pornography arrested Wed., Dec. 18, 2024 (CTV NEWS/BARRIE)
After a three-month-long investigation, Barrie Police Service arrested a man on child pornography charges.
Police executed a search warrant at the home of the accused and seized several computer devices containing child pornography Wednesday.

The 40-year-old Barrie man is now facing charges of accessing child pornography, two counts of possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
Police say the accused used the web service provider Yahoo to upload child pornography.
He was held for bail hearing.
