Former residents of the Huronia Regional Centre in Orillia will get a chance to weigh in on a $35 million class-action settlement they reached with the province.
A hearing has been scheduled for December 3rd in Toronto.
The settlement was reached last month just as the case went to trial.
Thousands of former residents allege they were abused at the facility for the developmentally disabled, which shut down in 2009.
