The Grey Bruce Health Unit (GBHU) is issuing its second opioid alert this month.

Four overdoses in 24 hours have prompted the alert by the health unit.

Naloxone was administered in two of the four incidents and no deaths were reported.

The GBHU also issued its initial alert on Aug. 4, following six overdoses in 4 days.

None of those overdoses resulted in any deaths either.
