A 55-year-old Collingwood man is facing drinking and driving charges after police stopped him on his E-bike Thursday Night.
Police say they stopped the man around 10:30 p.m. after an officer was concerned about the way the bike was being driven.
After speaking to the man, the officer found that he was under the influence of alcohol.
The man now faces several charges and will be appear in court in Collingwood in October.
