Police charged a driver accused of speeding 160 kilometres per hour along Horseshoe Valley Road in Springwater Township.

According to provincial police, officers pulled the vehicle over on Friday evening.

The officer charged the 22-year-old motorist from Angus with stunt driving.

As a result of the offence, the driver also faces a 30-day licence suspension and 14-day vehicle impoundment.
