A Caledon man has died after being struck by a car early Saturday morning.
It happened at 12:45 a.m. in Caledon on Shaw’s Creek Road, south of Highpoint Side Road.
Police say their preliminary investigation revealed the man was walking on the east side of the road when he was struck by a northbound vehicle.
The 62-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle wasn’t injured.
There's no word on any charges.
