Barrie Police would like to let the public know that their Emergency Support Unit is conducting search and rescue training in parts of the city on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday, the unit will be holding their training in the afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the dead end at Salem Road.
They will also be back out Thursday afternoon – 2:00 p.m. at the dead end of Bryne Drive towards Harvie Road (near the Leons) and at 6:00 p.m. they will be in the Salem Road and McKay Road areas.
