A 19-year-old man has drowned at High Falls Park in Bracebridge.
According to OPP the young man was swimming at the park on Cedar Lane around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Officers say the man became caught up in the current and was carried over the falls.
Members of the public assisted with the search until the OPP underwater search unit arrived.
The man’s body was found at the base of the falls. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
