One person airlifted after multi-vehicle crash in Orillia
One person was rescued after being trapped in a vehicle that was involved in a multi-car crash in Orillia late Monday afternoon.
Provincial police were called to Atherley Road and Highway 12 around 5:30 for the collision.
Several drivers suffered minor injuries, while one person was airlifted to St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto for treatment.

Atherley Road was closed for several hours for the police investigation and cleanup.
Police say a 45-year-old woman was arrested at the scene, and charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
Officers continue to probe the cause of the crash.
