A Bracebridge woman died after the ATV she was riding went off the roadway early Friday morning.
Provincial police say the crash happened around 4:45 a.m. near Col Maude Trail in Bracebridge.
Accordin to police, the woman and a man were two riding an ATV when it left the road way and down an embankment before coming to a stop in a creek.
The crash claimed the life of a 53-year-old Bracebrudge woman.
The 54-year-old man was not injured.
Provincial police are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information to contact Bracebridge OPP.
