A Waubaushene man was killed at about 6 a.m. today after a crash between a car and a delivery truck.
OPP say the 59-year-old man was driving a Honda east on Highway 12 near Fesserton in the wrong lane. An oncoming Peterbuilt delivery truck tried to move into the other lane to avoid a collision, but police say the car moved over at the same time. The two vehicles hit head-on.
The driver of the truck, a 44-year-old London man, wasn’t injured.
Police have been at the scene since the crash at 6 a.m. for their investigation. Officers say the highway should be reopening soon.
