Highway 400 northbound is starting to reopen after a serious tractor trailer crash on Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at around 7:30 a.m. on the highway, just south of Moonstone Road in Oro Township.
OPP say the driver had to be extricated from the truck and has been airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital with unknown injuries.
Northbound lanes of the highway have been closed for several hours, but provincial police are starting to let traffic through.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
